Marcello & Angelo’s welding wednesday.
Wednesday is the big day, lots of welding to do, pressure is on to make that front triangle as straight as possible, with no holes and no filing :-)

Mercredi c'est le grand jour, plein de soudure a faire, la pression monte pour souder le triangle avant le plus droit possible, sans trous ni limage :-)
Back in class !
Summer is finally over, we can get back to serious stuff now. Marcello and Angelo are here for yet another frantic week of framebuilding, finger burning, head scratching and hair pulling. The former is building himself a TIG welded cyclocross steel frame and the latter is going for a TIG welded 7005 Alu frame with supersized tubing, that's for storing batteries and turn the bike into an electric beast...

L'été est enfin fini, place aux choses sérieuses s.v.p. Marcello et Angelo sont ici pour une semaine de fabrication intensive, faite de brûlures, de stress et de prises de tête. Le premier se construit un cadre de cyclocross en acier, soudé au TIG, le second un cadre en Alu 7005 avec des tubes énormes, c'est pour y insérer des batteries dedans et faire tourner un moyeu électrique a l’arrière, un truc de ouf quoi.
