New braze-on jig for headtube stops
I've been wanting to build that jig for a while, instead of struggling with the placement of the cable stop on the heatube. This time both stops will be paralel, same height and depth. The jig fits any size of headtube from 1" to 44mm and above and is simply held in place with a clamp.
Ça fait un moment que je voulais me faire ce gabarit, au lieu de galérer avec le placement des arrêts de gaine sur la douille de direction. Cette fois les deux arrêts seront parallèles et a la même hauteur/profondeur. Ça marche avec les douilles 1" jusqu'à 44mm et il tient tout simplement avec une pince.
Eyes on the miter

Le grugeage des tubes est une étape importante de la fabrication, plus c'est précis, plus c'est facile a souder et plus le cadre reste droit. C'est pour ça que Marguerite surveille !
Nicolas: Face, Tap, Ream & Build
Nicolas' Ti frame is finished, I face the Bottom Bracket, final check the alignment, tap, ream, face the Bottom Bracket, Seat Tube and Head Tube and build it up for a test ride.
La cadre titane de Nicolas est fini, je surface le boitier, vérifie l'alignement une dernière fois puis taraude, alèse et surface boitier, tube de selle et direction avant un montage test.
