SHIS update ! New EC34/40 has arrived :-)
You love your old steel frame with its 1"1/8 traditional headtube and EC34 headset, but now all the carbon forks are tapered 1"1/8 - 1.5", what do you do ? I did my little experiment by brazing an EC34 to an EC44 lower cup. It works well but only on steerers with a short tapered section and it increases the stack height of the headset by 1cm.
Vous aimez votre vieux cadre acier avec sa douille de direction de 1"1/8 en EC34, mais quasi toutes les fourches carbone sont en pivot conique 1"1/8 - 1.5", comment faire ? J'ai fait ma petite expérience en brasant une coupelle EC34 a une EC44. Ça marche mais que sur les pivots a section conique courte et ça augmente la hauteur du jeu de 1cm.

The urban Pinion bike frame came back from paint. I built the bike with a belt drive for a clean, silent and maintenance free commuting experience.
Le cadre Pinion est revenu de peinture. J'ai fait un montage avec une courroie pour des trajets maison-boulot propre, silencieux et sans entretien.
X-Wing cargo trike
I'm working on a prototype for a carving/leaning/tilting cargo trike, something along the lines of the Star Wars X-Wing fighter and the Cargo bikes made by Butchers & Bicycles in Copenhagen (www.butchersandbicycles.com), no guarantee that it works but I just had to try !
